Peanut Butter Macaroon Balls At Home: | | Ingredients | Metric | Standard | | | Peanut Butter | 250 ml | 1 cup | | | Honey | 50 ml | 1/4 cup | | | Skim Milk Powder | 50 ml | 1/4 cup | | | Cocoanut | 500 ml | 2 cups | | | Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder | 30 ml | 1/4 cup | | | Toasted Sesame Seeds or Chopped Almonds | | | | | Instructions: - Over low heat melt peanut butter and honey in a saucepan.
- When melted, remove from heat.
- Add milk powder.
- Stir in cocoanut and cocoa/carob powder
- Mix well, using your hands.
- Shape into balls.
- Roll in toasted sesame seeds, toasted almonds, or cocoanut.
- Optional: Dip balls in melted chocolate.
- Store in ziploc bags and place in freezer until ready to use.
